This course has 3 modules across 15 lessons:
- Your relationship with food: identifying your habits, overcoming emotional eating and incorporating more mindful eating.
- Building a positive relationship with exercise: building a sustainable routine, building a basic training plan for different goals (with example sessions) avoiding underfuelling/overtraining.
- Fostering a healthy body image: understanding your body image and how to build body acceptance and more self-compassion.
